H/K HU Pin Diagram?

I've been lurking for a while now and have searched around here and many other forums, but have yet to find a H/K Head Unit Pin Diagram. I've found one of the old Alpines, but am curious to maybe do some fiddeling around in my '05S with the H/K system.

Are there even any out there, or should I just accept that coming across one is impossible?

The head unit for H/K systems is the same ("Boost") as non-H/K. But only the front left/right speaker outputs are used to drive the H/K amp.
The data on MINI2 (http://www.mini2.com/galleries/data/..._hu_pinout.jpg) is appropriate.

My web site has the H/K amp connections (http://www.gbmini.net/HKconnections.pdf)

Great work! I think I will link to it from GBMINI.net if that's OK with you.

Does the AUX display appear only when you have the iPod connected, or at all times?

Generally you need isolation transformers in that AUX cable as well - you might find that trying to charge (power iPod from lighter socket) will make the AUX not work. But maybe you don't need to do that

Thanks! Perfectly ok with me if you link to it.

The AUX display only appears when the iPod is connected, otherwise it will just cycle through the radio and CD player. From what I could tell the recognition appears to be based off of a completed circuit, rather then a signal from the Aux device.

I'll have to check out the isolation transformers tonight, see if charging my iPod during playback has any affect on the quality or recognition of the device attached. I did crank the iPod volume all the way up as well as the AUX volume and tried listening for any "dirty" tone quality or interference... from what I could hear it was minimal to none.
