Handsfree for Motorola and MFSW (not bluetooth)

Hello All,

I just picked up my 2005 MCS and have been reading here about the MFSW and the phone buttons. I'd love to get a handsfree setup that works with those buttons and a non-bluetooth motorola phone (t731c and v262).

Has anyone done something like this? I see a lot of discussion about bluetooth setups but what about just something simple with a cradle?

Also, I would prefer if the audio went through the car speakers.

Thanks

That is what I did...

I used the Aux input and a modified ear piece for my cell phone... The sound comes out the speakers and the mic is near the dash... Most cant tell the difference (in the car, or holding the phone)... And it was way cheaper than a full bluetooh install....

Then you can mount the phone to the dash and you can dial with one hand (of course while NOT moving)...

I don't have pictures of my setup with me... But pulling some links from the web... I can show you the "main" parts needed..

Here is a link to AUX input cable needed..

One option for a cell phone holder

A simple ear bud & mic for your cell phone..

And lastly a connector from Radio Shack

Hope that helps,
