My aero front bumper has picked up quite a few chips after 12k miles. I don't know if it's a bad paint job, the material, or it's brick like aerodynamics. It just chips worse than anything else.
(complaint) Why the h*ll do they use white primer under black? idiots! (/complaint)
Despite the chips, I have no regrets about getting the aerokit.

nfo,
The price from MINI Peabody for the complete aero kit, painted, including wheel arches, is just under $3000.
I am having my standard MCS front/rear bumpers painted, along with the wheel arches, and fitting only the side skirts from the aero kit - because the MCS looks a lot like the aero kit anyway.
That brings the price down below $2000.
