Chrome grill advise

On my 03' MCS - I've gotten the chrome grill bars from Moss Mini. In trying to install I've noticed that the lower chrome bar (1) seems like it must require the removal of the entire bumper fascia. Doesn't look that easy (pointers?) and there are no instructions with the item so I thought I'd fish around and see if anyone has installed this aftermarket item and how its done for this and/or the upper chrome bars as well. Any comments?

Thanx!

Here is a link for an aero grill intallation. Somewhere in the middle is detailed instructions on how to remove the bumper cover.

Yup

I had my grill replaced, and the mechanic talked me out of putting the bottom piece on because of the $200 added labor. I saved the piece, which will be installed if the front bumper is ever replaced due to accident. I'm glad my mechanic told me.
