Help! Name My MINI

My MINI should be coming into the dealer this week and she/he is still nameless. I've tossed around a couple names but nothing has really hit me. You guys have some really cute names so I thought I would solicite your help
in naming mine. My signature says what I've ordered.

How about "Dixie" or is that your name?

Well, I kinda thought to call her Dixie but it was a nickname that was given to me a long time ago. Only the person who gave me the name calls me that. So, that is a consideration.

Do you remember your dreams? Two of my cars have "told me their names" in dreams. In one dream, I was walking out to my MGA coupe, and there on the pillar between the door and the rear window, in elegant script, was written, "The Beast." This gradually evolved into "Beastie," which seemed a little more appropriate for a car that did 0-60 in - oh, maybe a week from next Tuesday?

In another dream, I was driving my MINI on one of those lovely twisty roads (like the La Honda Road in N. Calif. if you know that) where you're in this wonderful zip-zip-zip rhythm, and I was humming "Waltzin' Matilda" to myself. Hence, "Tillie."

Tillie has lots of nicknames - sometimes I call her "Squirt" when we're darting in and out of traffic. Or "The Brave Little Toaster" driving through bad storms. Or "The Jabberwock" when her exhaust burbles in a particularly lovely way. Or just "Cutie Pie" or "Sweetie."

Just be open to a name coming.

But yeah, the previous poster is right - "Dixie" or even "Dixie Hill" isn't bad. That's what I assumed your car's name was. How about Dixie Two? Dixie Too?

It's too bad the Confederate Stars and Bars has so many racist overtones. A MINI with an all-over Stars and Bars paint job (a la Austin Powers' Union Jack Mini) would be really cute!
