He is located near the Charlotte, NC area, makes some great-looking metal grilles for MINI's and owns an orange MCSC himself. If he doesn't have one already designed for the aero front bumper, he may be able to work up something custom and very nice for you.
He also sells grilles for many other cars on eBay under the ID TheGrilleGuy, and has a spotless feedback record over there.
