I am looking for the kind of white protective tape that you see new cars have that are on the back of semi's when they are being delivered to the dealerships. I am looking at delivering a car and want to protect the front of it. It doesn't have to look pretty either. I have also seen some people put this kind of stuff on their minis when they are on the track also. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

 

you can get leading edge tape up to 4" wide. then just use 2mil or thicker plastic sheeting between the tape

Go to your local car dealer's recon dept and see if they will peel some of that white stuff off a new car. If you have an Audi dealer, they ship their cars in a full cover.
