What happened to my message?

It read, " I just had my first oil change an now the on off switch on my radio does not work. Question:

Do they need to remove the radio to reset the service odometer? Or is this just a coincidence?

To the best of my knowledge hey do not need to mess with your radio to reset anything so I think its just a coincidence or perhaps one of the techs/car park guys was a bit rough on your radio perhaps?

 

I'm bringing it back tomorrow morning so they can look at it and hopefully fix or replace it under warranty.
