On a great deal I picked up a used HB/HB JCW. The thing is, I really really REALLY like thw white roof /mirrors of my previous IB/W MC.

Mirrors are easy...

Anybody paint or put a "blank" roof graphic over a colored roof? I haven't priced out a roof repaint, but the 'sticker' will probably set me back about $300 installed. FWIW, I could live w/o the spoiler if I went the 'sticker' route...

There's always the chance that the repaint won't look as good as original coverage...

I am looking for pros & cons that aren't obvious.

Have you considered a vinyl white checkerboard that allows the HB to show through as the dark color instead of black? That would look great and not a lot of folks do that (checkered roofs tend to be solid black and white instead of letting body color show through).

Of if you are planning on getting a vinyl cover anyway, maybe go for a creative contrasting color other than white for something really unique?
