Vortex Generator for Mini Cooper or Cooper S +MPG +HP

Hi,

As you all know that the gas is going up. I saw this Vortex Generator on ebay I was wondering if anybody purchased it before and does it work?

Popular Science tested all these s... a few issues ago I think, the car lost power rather than gaining any.

Think about it, if its that easy the manufacturer will put them in their cars and claim more HP.

Oh, if you do get one, make sure it doesn't fall apart and go into the engine
