Okay - so we are slackers....

We took delivery of our 3rd MINI on 5/12 and we are just NOW getting around to posting pictures.....geez........

Anyway - here he is - Gizmo - Scooters replacement ......and here are all his goodies......HB/W, Body Colored Interior, Packages 1, 2, & 3, Anthracite Headliner, LSD, Lapis Blue Leather Interior, Chrome Line Interior, HK Stereo, Center Armrest, Roof Rack, Driving Lights, Tinted Windows, and Rear Fog Light.

We managed to clean up the wheels that were on Scooter and had to buy 2 new tires.

Very nice set there! Makes me want to order some of the eye decals too

But I haven't been around long, how did your other one burn up? That sounds scary.

KennyMooper - yep - it was pretty scary. Here is the thread about the incident if you feel like reading all about it and there are a couple of pictures: https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...1&page=1&pp=25

Bottom line - it was a fuse in the ABS system that caused the problem. And no, the case is still not closed with MINIUSA.....

Congrats. Great color combo. It looks like my sister's car. I had not thought of taking a pic of both of them together. If only I weren't such a slacker...

Ooh, that's exactly what I'm thinking of getting. I'm not going to make any decisions until the '07 info is released though, the color choices may be completely different by then.

The only thing is, I like having a color that is only in the Cabrio model....and PW is nice, but wow - the dirt all the time. I barely have time to wash Ariel...

Pw Mini

Donna, go with the PW. Believe it or not white is the easiest color to keep clean. We own a white X3 and it always looks clean.

Like the new ride Donna! Trying to talk my wife into a two Mini family but she is greeting with that look (most guys here know the look I refer to).

Hey did you ever find out what caused the fire in your previous Mini? Just curious.

Motor Hard!

Thanks! It's great having 2... And LOL!! I KNOW the look...I'm good at it myself...hehehehehehehe....just ask Mike...

And yes - the fire was caused by the F6 fuse in the ABS system. The case is still open...we'll see what happens....Seems as if the fuse was recalled in Canada and the UK, but not in the US... So far, as we figured from the start, MINI is not accepting blame for the problem...USAA is continuing to persue the issue... We just received a letter from the lawyer at USAA stating they had filed papers against MINI...so the waiting continues....

I second that.

My previous car was white and it ALWAYS looked clean. My current car is red and it's much harder to keep clean.

Very nice! I would have also got the blue leather if they made it and the carpet match the Hyper!
