Webb Motorsports Staff Increases!
As many of you know, I've been a little hard to get a hold of for the last couple of years. We have been making a lot of changes over the last 6 months to remedy that gripe (online ordering, new employees, new office infrastructure, etc).
That is really the only gripe you hear about Webb Motorsports, and as far as I'm concerned, any gripes are too many!! Sure, we have excellent technical info and support, we have the best products on the market, and we have the only warranty of its kind anywhere in the aftermarket industry, but if you can't get through, none of it does any good!
Especially over the last couple of weeks, that fact has driven me out of my mind, so I'm sure it has bothered those of you who haven't heard back from me yet.
To finally implement a solution, we are hiring a full time office manager, with the full authority needed to place orders, return important calls, manage inventory, handle customer issues, etc. This will take place within the next two weeks, as we are currently interviewing a couple of very good candidates. They all drive MINIs

I really appreciate your continued support as a community, and I am unbelievably excited about taking care of the biggest glaring problem we have with our business! Thanks for your patience, and I look forward to finally providing you with the customer service you have deserved all along!
