Hello from a new member....
Hello all you Mini enthusiasts! I'm from Wisconsin and just purchased (2 months ago!) a 2003 John Cooper Works Mini with all the trimmings. I actually used to race a Mini back in the 70's and have longed to own another ever since. So now I do! Would love to hear from any of you who used to or still do race these wonderful cars. I would also like to find out if there are any events near me. I live in central Wisconsin. Also, would love to join a Mini Club if there are any near me. Hope to hear from some of you.

Welcome Dude. . . . . I can't help you out with most of the questions you had above, but I can say congrats of your new MCS w/JCW ! I just ordered my 2006 MCS with all the JCW options available about two weeks ago and I like a kid waiting for Christmas.
Good luck getting hooked up and I hope to see some pics to your new ride one of these days.
