Suspension Delrin Bush for H-S Control Arms
Delrin Bush for H-S Control Arms
Has any one done it?
Due to the previous problem with H-S bushes that I've experienced, I will use Delrin to replace all H-S bushes.
Can anyone here help me selecting the type of Delrin required for the job? Should I go for the 100AF blend (PTFE filled), 150E, 150SA, 100 black, 550SA, 507 black, 570
?
Thanks in advance

All 8 bushings are identical, I just recieved a new set last week. I haven't noticed a problem yet but after calling H-Sport they told me that they had changed to a stiffer bushing material and sent a new set to me free of charge. I plan on changing mine out as soon as I get the free time.
Good luck
Good luck
Keep in mind that Delrin is a resin based compound and is therefore somewhat susceptible to things like road salt...anything acidic or basic. FYI
...somewhat means to what extent of time delrin is exposed to either an acidc or basic envrironment.
