Dan,
Wanted to pass these results along to you. We are VERY happy with the results. We had max 202 WHP and 170 TQ. This was despite warm temps and a boost leak that had apparently developed in the testing rigging that resulted in lower boost at high rpms. We lost about 2 psi above 5,800 rpm on or "after" run.
Our numbers compare favorably to other very similarly modded cars , a NAM posting about nitrous aided dyno runs can be inferred to have ~181 WHP (231 with gas less ~50 for venom purple valve) without gas. Barring the difference between dyno's and test conditions, of course, we feel your headwork with DPR is the reason for the more than +20 WHP difference between the otherwise similarly modified cars. This would be consistent with your recently released flow numbers for the Race 2 headwork which are higher than other released numbers we've seen.
As far as the GIAC, we did a before and after and we did get about a 7 WHP and TQ increase at the max point the "base" was run, ~6,000 rpm. The GIAC of course raises the redline and the ultimate increase was more than 16 WHP 6,750 rpm. As others have reported the GIAC adds HP and TQ throughout the entire range and has eliminated the bad yoyo we developed with the V39 ECU software. AFR's are good considering we have the M7 400cc injectors; about ~12.2 at rpm 4,400-5,400 and ~11.6 at rpm > 5,500.
We are considering using your 5% oversized pulley in our next mod (with Apexi, larger injectors, etc.), so keep us in the loop. But we won't be ready for that until this fall until other have worked out the "other" issues that come up.
Keep up the great Mini work!

Dan,
I want to thank you and DPR Racing for a great product in your Racing Head for the MINI Cooper S.
I have the head running for the past week or two, runs very well and I can feel it kick in about 3500 to 4000 rpm all the way up to redline with lots of added power. The stock MINI was lacking the punch at mid and high RPMs for track passing and acceleration. Now it has these to spare
The head came well packaged and with the optional Schrick Cam, retainers and lightweight Titanium retainers in place.
