I wish you the best of luck in pursuing this route. I myself find it less than useful when I contacted MINIUSA customer relations department. The customer rep told me they are there to back up their car's technical issues, not dealership related issues. They say they have "no control" on their dealerships and they will not "regulate" their conducts. Basically a bunch of BS to me. They say they guarantee the "product" not the "dealer experience".
