PIAA 540 Driving Lights - Comes with everything except the 6 bolts used to mount the brackets, because they suck . I used self tapping screws which worked really well. One bracket has one hole that is slightly deformed (see my opinion on the mounting bolts), but it will not affect performance. No instructions, but I'm sure it can be found online. I can help you do it too. - $175 shipped
