1 year, 100 person, Driving Study w/ OnBoard Video
(Have NOT A CLUE where this thread should be posted....)
the NHTSA and Virginia Tech Transportation Institute did a 1 year study of 100 drivers with video cameras and data recording devices and found some interesting facts about driving, and driving and using cell phones, and hands-free cell phones.
People DON'T drive with both hands on the wheel just because they have a hands free cell phone.
