I'll pose the question here since maybe you veterans may know my status.

I was booked on the Takasago which departed on Friday (the 13th)... ASK MINI says I'm "in transit"... is it possible I'm on the ship steaming across The Pond?

I would take your VIN and type it into the shippers website and it will tell you.

Type in your VIN from the Owner's Lounge. For more info click on the Voyage #.

 

that's what's killing me... WW says it was booked and then arrived at the port. I also received a ship (Takasago), booking number, voyage number, etc., and when I looked up the booking # my VIN shows up as one of the 149 cars listed for that voyage. I just didn't get the message "Loaded On Vessel."

ASK MINI says it's In Transit... I guess I'll find out on the 21st when it pulls into NYC.

Yes ASK MINI can only track your car till it hits the port in England. the OL tracks it sort of along the entire way. The shipping company was way off on my car. As I posted in the "Frustrated soon to be owners" thread my car looked like it was delayed and wasn't to be delivered to the dealer till monday. I called my MA to say my car was @ the port and he said "No it came in last night". I was shocked...all tracking sites were way off.


ASK MINI currently says : "En Route"
Owner's Lounge says: " At the VDC"

But I know and have confirmed in person my car is at the Dealer.

 

Thanks for your reply mdsbrain... I called again and now it says "At The Port Awaiting Transport."

I'm giving up all attempts to track it... I'll believe it when I SEE it.
