It looks like there are no tires on them from the post, but just checking, do they have tires? If so, what kind?

X-lites 16 inch have no tires. Just wheels.

You are free to choose your own tires, cause these are just, stock, new, factory mint wheels in a box ready to roll into the tire of your choice.
