Do all tires need to be same?
Do all tires need to be same?
Can I put two new runflats on with two other tires that are not runflats? I need new tires and I have a new spare runflat and my friend wants to give me her new runflat. My worn tires are the ones that came new on my 2004 Mini Cooper.

At the very least, the same kind of tire should be on the same axle, but its not recommended to use 2 different kinds of tires on one car.
Certainly, it will work just fine and if you are not concerned with optimized performance/handling, you will get around town without any problems.
If you do this, make sure that all tires are also the same size.
Often, people sell nearly new runflats for VERY cheap in the marketplace forum here. You could probably find 2 more runflats and have a matched set if you post a new thread for them in marketplace.
