Look forward to seeing some of you there! I know James will be there, and we'll have a pile of BMWs running STX, FSP, DSP, DS, as well as the RX7 SM2 champ Andy McKee, Vic in SM, hopefully Gary in SM (cause i will be driving his car!!) Gordon in DSP, etc, etc...

hey Eric, where is Atwater located?

 

In lovely Merced, CA. You are looking at a 2.5 hour drive, give or take. Takes me 1.5ish towing from Livermore, but I tow fast...

 

Atwater is the Faster Auto X course right, I hung out with James (Justgo4it) a little last year and think he was telling me about this place. Doubt I'll make it as we're heading off to Laguna Seca this weekend. Anything happening Sunday at Atwater, I could try and make it out then.

 

Atwater is where AAS (American Autocross Series) runs. Bunch of Vette guys started the club and build big (like 3rd gear for an e36 big) courses.

This weekend is the National Tour event, so we practice Friday and Run saturday and sunday all day. Come on by!

In GS it looks like there are 3 coming down from the NWR. Locally myself and Tim D. are in. Stuart is running in HS.
