Finally got my aero skirts installed. Fairly easy to do, but definately a 2 person operation. I like it so much that I went ahead and ordered the rest of the aero kit.

Might I ask the cost of painting them?

 

Bought them prepainted from Classic MINI. Great place! With the NAM discount I paid around $525 for the set. My local dealer wanted something like $800 just to paint and install them.

 

It looks great! May I ask when you got it prepainted from Classic? And who you contacted to get them? I was told several times that they were unable to get the sideskirts prepainted in Hyper blue yet. thanks.

 

I spoke to Brian when I got the skirts. He said there could be a substantial wait, which was OK with me. I got them in less than a month. When I called last week to order the rest of the kit, I spoke to Jason. He thought that the '05 colors were not yet available. I told him they had to be and he double checked. Again, I was told, it may be a long wait but hyper blue is available.
