Did you forget to list some options? Are you sure that you are not a dealer? I have only known dealers to ask more than MSRP on a used car.
This reminds me a bit of two years ago when I bought mine, there was a local ford dealer that had an 02 MCS DS/W it only had leather, and moonroof, and they were askin 27k ....lol, I went in and tried to buy it for 20k they wouldn't do it, so I showed them the invoice of the one I had on order and told them that they could sit on it unless they wanted to sell for less than cost of new. They may have sold it to some schmuck who never found thier way to miniusa.com or a dealer, but I cant imagine how long they sat on it ( it was there a good 3 months before i went in)

I think the days of selling used MINI's for MSRP or higher are quickly coming to an end.
An ebay search for completed auctions of MINI's these days looks very different that it did a year ago when most sold for MSRP or higher.
Now, you will see that the vast majority of auctioned MINI's do not reach their inflated reserve prices, and the ones that do sell are beginning to sell for thousands less than original MSRP.
Should have sold mine last year and ordered a new one before this began to happen, but it does give me hope that I will be able to put my new wife into a nice 2003 Cooper CVT for a nice price in a year or so
But this is a nice 2005 model and it should go for a good price!

Matt
WHY!?!? There are several dealers who will sell for MSRP, no hidden charges AND ship to your door. I saw that one is even offering FREE shipping.
Why would you be all over paying over MSRP for a used car when you can order one exactly like you want and have it deliverd to your door for MSRP
