I read a few posts on the site that have a quote for the aero kit from classic MINI in ohio for 1360.. However, I called yesterday and they quoted me a kit for 1650. Do you know if they raised their prices? Or was I not speaking to the right person? Thanks

that may be the painted price...the primed version is much less

 

I was quoted $1360 for the painted kit by Classic MINI. Maybe your price includes shipping?

I just bought one for $1360 painted and I know that shipping is not $195. Call again, I think the guys name is Steve.

 

I think when you call them, they quote you the retail price. That's been my experience from the last few calls anyway. You kinda sorta have to ask for the NAM discount price (usually 20% off or so).

 

I don't remember who I spoke to but the price was without shipping. The person told me that the whole kit was around 2k minus the 20% discount brought it to 1600 or so. I told the person that I have heard from alot of people of getting them for 1360 and he said that might have been when Mini was overstocked. I'll try calling and talking to Steve. Has anyone tried to get their local dealer to match the price? My local dealer is Mini of Peabody. If any of you have had any experience in price matching let me know. Thanks a bunch!

The problem with shipping the aero kit is that it comes in boxes that are roughly 24 x 24 x 69 inches which is oversize for UPS and FedEx Ground.....and that's combining the pieces (including all the grills and sideskirts) into the two boxes that contain the front and rear bumper shells
