ok, ive gone through the search for moss skid plate install hardware, looks like 8.8 grad 10mm x 1.5 pitch x 20mm, correct? how many do i need, its still wet here, but i have access to a garage, but i want all the parts needed b4 i start, should i get lock washers as well,+ locktie(blue)

The four bolts should have come with the skidplate. The bolts are in a bag with loc-tite. The other hardware is on the car. My bolts were just thrown in the box in a plastic bag and I had to remove all the packing material to find them.
