We are looking for 4-5 members to help plan for the F1 weekend. The race is the weekend of June 17-19. Things that would be involved are attending planning meetings, setting up events, getting supplies/food, etc.

I don't have plans to go to the race yet... wouldn't mind it one bit though.

 

I'm in Cincy, maybe a bit too far to help in direct planning, but at our meet this coming Monday, I'll mention your GP weekend, and see if the Cincy group could contribute something to the '05 event.

Wish we (MINICCI) could take credit for the great parking, but that was the Indianapolis Motor Speedway that made that happen.

 

I'll be attending the USGP again this year and truly enjoyed the events put on by the MINICCI. I'd be happy to contribute! You have a PM.

 

Depending on what goes on with this insurance deal I may not or may have a Mini by then but I would be willing to help out in any way that I can, I should have that weekend off....
