How to remove the Clock Cover on an o4 mini

guys and gals,

how can i remove the plastic piece covering the clock. I want to get the power wires so i can wire my v1 to it..

Please help

Push it foward and pull down. Will pop out.

Just pry up carefully from the RHS and it will pop off. By the way there are no switched 12v connections on the clock. I tried wiring my auto dimming mirror but ended up piggy backing onto my V1 connection which is fed from the underside of the ciggy lighter.
So unless you want to turn the V1 on and off every time you get in the car find a switched 12v source.
