F60 Potential purchase with engine codes
Potential purchase with engine codes
hi folks
There is a 2011 Countryman S All4 available for purchase in my town an we are thinking of getting it as a potential project car.
The seller has been very upfront with the faults: it is reading P0012 and P0015 codes. The car has had a compression test done and is showing 50psi on all cylinders. We turned it over and there are no concerning noises or nocks. I had a look at the oil and it wasn’t low but it was fairly dirty but no obvious flakes.
I can find info on both codes but not both codes together especially with the compression test results.
can anybody shed any light on it? We know that it's gonna be some work and we are planning on taking our time fixing it up, but has anyone had experience with this specific set of codes/issues?
