Description:
Out of the numerous numerous intercoolers I have tested , this alta ic has been the all around best performing one of the bunch..
I'm running 23psi and not only did it provide more than adequate cooling of iats BUT the best of all ,it has the LEAST amount of boost drop/throttle lag..
the ONLY reason I'm selling it is because I'm having to replace my cylinder head so i have bigger priorities.
btw , i had 0 fitment issue on my r58. It required 0 modifications to fit..

I'm only selling this while I'm fixing my car. Otherwise if I not sold I will reuse it... I can promise out of the 5 or 6 different intercoolers I've tested this Is the goto intercooler.. lol for now I'm running a stock ic and on a 70'F day , 1x JUST ONE PULL 5mph to 70mph getting on the freeway my iats went from 75'F upto 150'F.. so in under 6 seconds, 1x pull iats were dang near in the danger zone. I'm almost positive at that temp it was pulling timing because I lost power v the alta ic..
my cars mods : r58/n18, full upgraded ic piping ( even that pos plastic pipe is gone ) jb4 , intake, catless headers and Nvida resonated exhaust, k04 billet turbo ( 23psi) , upgraded dv...
if your running more boost and an ebay ic , your loosing power and if your running a stock ic still ??? Well you best be careful ...
