Mini R56: "Mk II" Mini Hatch/Hardtop range 2007 - 2012
Description:

Removed from my 2012 R56 JCW at approx 87k miles when I installed a higher flow setup for a Stage 2 tune.

I have no intentions of reinstalling it and it  sits in the garage collecting dust.

This is from a N14 JCW which has a lower cell count in the catalytic converter compared to the S version.

From my understanding, the S models have a 400 cell count and the JCW models have a 300 cell count.

Ahhh good catch. I should’ve clarified this is from my N14 motor. But yeah you are correct, the N18 JCW and S share the same downpipe/catalytic converter.

Oh my, So sorry. I always get confused on the 2011-2012 JCWs and the N14 as I have only owned N18 JCWs

I’m going to assume yes because when it comes to aftermarket downpipes, they don’t make N14 and N18 versions. They make a version that will fit both engines based on the R56 Gen.
