Mini One R50 2003 CVT Adaptation Issues
Hi guys, Recently did a whole CVT rebuild to spec, old CVT Belt snapped.
Cleared Adaptions Values with INPA, car went into xP mode (xR, xN & xD), Clutch Adaptation takes fine but when doing the Step-Up Ratio, it will NOT go past 30mph whilsting redlining it (6500RPM), tried all spoken about fixes and nothing. Have tried all known ways to do the CVT Adaptation.
Battery always fully charged before attempting any of the procedures.
Tried gently going to 30mph then release and let it coast multiple times, nothing, still in xP.
Tried full throttle for 30 seconds and did not "break through" to 2nd.
There is no faults at all, all sensors work, no errors in memory, tested with ISTA+, all modules are clean.
Know the Gearbox is fine mechanically, seems like the ECU doesn't know when to Step Up or thinks it's stuck in EP (Limp) Mode
If anyone knows why or how to fix, please let me know, been trying for over 2 months now

it has been awhile and yes, it was more than 1 thing, the pitot tube going into the secondary pulley was broken, completely sheared off, replaced and then the speed sensor that goes into the gearbox was gone, replaced it, cleared code and was perfect after calibration, done 2k miles and no issues at all.
Only found out after checking status via ISTA D
