Hello again, NAM comunity! Now w/ 06 R53 JCW
Aloha, NAM community! I was previously a contributing member here during my ownership of an 07 R56 from Jan 2020 - Aug 2022. Loved that car, and this forum.
I have since sold it to a friend - who also loves it - and I relocated to the Big Island of Hawaii. Longing for a Mini, I watched patiently, hoping for something special to pop up. (Limited inventory here...)
A few weeks ago, I acquired an 06 JCW (*not* a GP). Exterior is in pretty rough shape, but for the price I paid I can live with that - and it appears to have been *relatively* well maintained mechanically. Very clean under the hood with lots of recent work done to it.
Couldn't be happier to be back here & behind the wheel of the most fun car to drive I've ever owned.
Questions will follow...
