Vacuum pump types

I have just received a new vac pump for my non turbo 2008 Clubman. The new pump has a small brass nipple as well as the larger plastic connector that the vac hose connects to. The existing vac pump just has the vac line connection. Did I order the wrong part?? is there 2 different pumps? Can I blank off the small brass nipple and use the pump anyway?

Hello,

This is the one you need and oem MINI part number. I would get that one and return the other.
