CELs, Misfires, Limp after Service and Tune
2005 MCS, 17% pulley, GRS Motorsport Intercooler, Custom CAI, Milltek Catback, 450cc injectors, RMW 'Jan" Tune
performed my supercharger service, waterpump, etc., along with all of the mods listed above (and countless preventative maintenance items). After first few drives I am experiencing intermittent CELs and misfires with the following codes P0300 P1321 P1681.
Odd thing is that, on the test loop I drive on, which is 15 mins flat and fast, 20mins uphill gaining ~2000ft elevation (i'm also at 6000ft to start), and 15 mins descent, I only ever generate CELs, EML, and limp mode on the climb, where i am consistently >4k rpm. On the descent, where I am aggressively downshifting though (up to redline), never generates a code or limp. flats and hammering it to redline back to back, works perfect.
I've even swapped my brand new coil, plugs, and wires for new brand new ones.
Pending items i'm going to replace for sanity are camshaft and MAP sensor. Perhaps when flushing the coolant, coolant got into the crank pos sensor??? and that is fried? idk, grasping at straws at this point. help!
list of other preventative items i've done the past 6 months that i can name off the top of my head: fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel pressure reg, crank sensor, TMAP, vacuum lines running to all fuel rail, intake, etc. valve cover with new egr, so much more too.

Good rule of thumb is to always suspect recent work when the car behaves differently afterward. Since P1321 is knock sensor related, are you sure you plugged them in or did not damage them in any way while you had the supercharger out?
To me it's interesting that the car only acts up when it's under heavy load.
I don't know how tuning with Jan is but could you datalog your car when it acts up and send the file for him to look at? Perhaps he could see something in the parameters that can be adjusted?
