What is that… stuff? Anybody know?

foam insulation, maybe from a fix or dealership? Might got caught in the rad from another loaction

Update - got in there with one of those claw tools you use to retrieve a dropped screw from the nethers of an engine bay. Confirmed that "that thar thing" was indeed packing foam of some kind, presumably late 2016-vintage from original assembly of the vehicle.

So the packing foam has been around to have road trip stories. But it isn't taking road trips anymore :D
