I have a 2012 base non-s MC hatch. I just put Koni Special Actives on it and have been reading about the red JCW springs and would like the red shocks to have matching red springs. The only place that I see has the red JCW is ECS tuning. Is there anywhere else I can source the red ones

It appears 2nd gen was/is the same situation as 1st gen, front and rear spring p/ns are specified by VIN, i.e., as-built curb weight depending on factory options. I ordered, received and installed my 1st gen "reds" (dealer-installed only on the JCW Suspension Kit or standard equipment on 2006 GP). So then, you'll need to know those specific P/Ns available for 2nd gen, determine which best suits your car weight, then google those p/ns from authorized OEM MINI parts dealers for price and availability. If anything like the earlier springs and if not NLA, likely stocked in BMW Germany warehouse locations. Seems would be best to start with ECS to determine what actually is still available and whether USA or Germany stocking location.
