2003 Mini Cooper S 6-speed 44k ORIGINAL miles



 

 Yup.



 Not a rebuild or a junkyard engine- this Chili Red fire breather has been garaged all its pampered life. I’m the second owner, and I’ve had the car for about two years, with every intention to keep it forever- but plans change. I love the car, am in no hurry to sell it- I suppose I’m an unmotivated seller.



 Car needs nothing. Runs like a BritishGerman clock, and it’s damn near 100% unmolested stock. Stack of service records going back the the original sale. Lived its entire life in Southern California.



 Recently:

New (less than 250 miles) Firestone Indy Firehawk 500 tires with warranty from Discount Tire on factory R56 17” 3-piece wheels (stock wheels with runflat tires also included) Some very minor curb rash on rims.

Milltek resonated stainless cat-back exhaust (I have stock as well) Sounds like a mean MINI, not a Honda

Sony 45WPC Bluetooth SiriusXM headunit, steering wheel controls retained, four Polk speakers, 100-watt 10” self-enclosed subwoofer with custom trunk cover, stock HU and speakers also included (if I can find the speakers)

Sprintbooster V3

Modified intake housing (passes CA smog ((shh)) and stock unmodified housing also included

New battery

New OEM BMW Driver’s door window regulator

Ceramic tint on 5 windows

New OEM Cooling fan and shroud assembly

F&R Brake Pads

Oil and filter change



 Car has a very small engine oil leak- a few drops in overnight parking.

Paint is VERY good, with some clear coat flaking only on the plastic hood vent. I’ve removed the original white hood stripes, and one can just barely see some ghosting on the hood- very minor and one could always replace the hood stripes. Tiny dent (dime-sized) in drivers 1/4 panel- no paint chip. Small (touched up) paint chip on rear spoiler. Some normal touched-up front hood/bumper rock chips- very small. Red paint under hood has standard discoloration appropriate to MINIs. SatNav untested, but audio is disconnected. Reads position and mileage, etc as designed. AC blows cold and hot as requested. Service records show a minor body repair, but I can’t find any evidence of it- paint and gaps match perfectly. A little minor finish cracking on driver’s side seat bolster.
