Harrop TVS900 Kit for 02-06 Mini Cooper S R53, w/ RMW Tensioner and 60mm pulley
This kit was purchased from Jan at RMW / Revolution Mini and has <10k miles on it.
Total value of the kit is $3,915 when it was new.
It includes his RMW billet tensioner arm ($315 new) which relocates the tensioner pulley to the proper location to mitigate belt slip.
This supercharger has a 60mm pulley ($100) installed.
This kit includes an electric water pump, relay, bracket, and harness.
It is missing one water hose, which can be easily replaced with many silicone or auto parts store hose. Four generic hose clamps will also be needed to finish the installation.
All other parts that are shown in the photos are included, and the factory installation manual is included.
Through extensive packaging analysis, the Harrop TVS900 Supercharger is of OE appearance and mounts in the factory M45 supercharger position using the FACTORY 6PK belt path and tensioner. Along with the Harrop manufactured Supercharger housing, the kit comes complete with a cast aluminum throttle body adapter, billet outlet adapter and heater hose adapter, replacement electric water pump and all ancillary items to suit stock and aftermarket top mount intercoolers, ensuring this is a complete bolt-on kit.
