Bigger and Smaller in the future

https://www.cnet.com/roadshow/news/n...size-electric/

Not much details, but says that the hatchback (F55/F56) will get smaller, while the Countryman will get bigger. This is to "make room" for the Aceman which is a Mini crossover (ugh).
But the idea of the Mini getting smaller is very appealing (if it happens), not that I plan to buy a new Mini any time soon. But it's good to keep Mini "mini".

Certainly not intended to denigrate your post/news article....
In my opinion; The MINI ceased being a MINI after 2006 (after the R50,R52 & R53's).
Aside from the earlier Clubman (vertical tail lights), I lost interest in the newer "mini" brand.
The later models are just another car or obstacle on the road I can't see around.

Original Mini owners say the same thing about first gen MINIs...

Yeah, everyone has their own preferences, which is fine.
There are plenty of cars that I hate =)

But whenever something is promised to be smaller (in today's world), I'm happy.
