Hello! First time Mini owner- f54

Hello All!

Purchased a Pepper White manual 17 Clubman S All4 about a month ago. Here to learn more about the platform and modifications.

Shortly after purchase with a buddies JCW F56. (Euro plate temp to cover bracket holes until I received hard plates)

Destriped.

Debadged.

First time owner / rear brake lights

2017 F54 Clubman
2 bulbs in each rear brake light.
only one of them in each side illuminate.
switching the good / bad? ones and nothing works.
pulled the bulb and it lights when connected to a 9v cell.
so apparently the bulb is not burned out

spent more than an hour googling and read 6 different online manuals and help pages and cannot find an anwer

information would be appreciated
