I purchased used in 2012 with 1900 miles as a BMW Lemon Buyback reported on basis of clutch and flywheel problems. (BMW Documentation available).
March 2014 – at 28,512 miles, BMW Mini Dealership installed brand NEW 6 speed transmission, clutch and flywheel. Since then, the transmission, clutch and flywheel have been performing flawlessly. (Service documentation available)
MUST SELL SOON! I have taken delivery of ordered new Mustang Mach E GT.
Posted on EBay until 11-21-21.
Will list price here and other sites, when auction is over if it does not sell.
Please message me if you are interested.

Thank you. I'm sure gonna miss my clubby. I put a deposit down on the Mach E GT, when we installed solar, so I didn't want pass on the GT, when it came in. The GT is pretty amazing in its own right, but it's not a Mini, that's for sure.

Yes, it does have the "lemon buy back" title for the problem with the clutch as documented in BMW records (which are available for review). The clutch, flywheel and full transmission were replaced with entirely new units by a Mini Dealership after purchase (those receipts are also available for review) and there have been no difficulties with the units since. Therefore, the new owner will get a 2009 Mini with a 6 speed transmission, clutch and flywheel that are only 7 years old and with a little more than 30,000 miles of use.
