F54 Red car warning light in lower digital display instrument panel

Red car warning light in lower digital display instrument panel

Hi you guys/girls,

when switching on the ignition, a red front facing car symbol is shown on the lower display in the instrumenpanel (f54). Anybody know what that is?

Hi bru410,

Thats the “MINI Wink” . The graphic appears when you open the door and get into the MINI and after you shut off the engine and open the door.

Makes me smile every time and here’s a link to someone who posted a video to YouTube
