I have owned this vehicle since 2015. When I bought it, it was bone stock and from Maryland. It has spent the last 6 years here in Michigan, garaged and subsequently modified. The vehicle has rarely seen rain, and snow on only one or two occasions. It's meant to be a Summer-only vehicle, and has done that admirably.

Many of the modifications have been done by me personally, as well as when it was the wisest choice, by certified mechanics at ArborMotion (Ann Arbor, MI) or Detroit Tuned (Clawson, MI).
All paint work for the front bumper and other color-matched add-ons was done professionally.

I have all service records available from when I took ownership, as oil and other necessary service changes were done by either Detroit Tuned or ArborMotion.

The exterior is in very good shape, with one or two small areas, noted below. NO RUST. NO DENTS, NO SCRATCHES
The vehicle has no suspension squeak, no interior rattles, sunroof doesn't squeak, interior is in wonderful shape, with almost no wear on the seats. it's a turn-key perfect car. Starts every time.

The Bad:

• CEL Light occasionally illuminates due to Tune. Once code is cleared, stays off for a while - no effect
• Right-side FR Fender has clear coat peeling near scuttle (visible in picture)
• Left-side RR Corner Plastic w/slight scuff marks, was on vehicle when purchased, did not think it was worth replacing, but did want to note
• Front lip clearcoating is de-laminating, only a visual issue.
• One mount stud on FR LH Coilover snapped during installation - professionally drilled out / mounted to FR Tower with proper fasteners (by ArborMotion). Has had no performance issues, but again, noting for transparency.

Overall, it is a great example of an R53, and gets looks wherever it goes. The exhaust is notable, but not obnoxious, and it rides very well. The vehicle has been aligned and corner balanced by Detroit Tuned in years past.

The vehicle has only been tracked twice, for friends' track days, no offroad excursions, just some spirited driving.
