recently have begun hearing a rubbing sound when turning the steering wheel 90 degrees either way. It sounds like plastic on plastic, in the dash board area. Turn signals release ok, last time I drove it cruise control worked. Thinking it might be the clock spring failing. Anybody else had this noise? Anyother ideas?
