The fiberglass bumper is untrimmed to allow custom cut holes for cooling the Mini. There is an integrated splitter on the bottom.

Yes, with some modification to the top of the flares that are integrated into the bumper. The R53 has the flare cut of horizontally at the top of the bumper, and the flares on the R56 bumper have an angle where it meets the hood. The two central mount tabs on the top center area of the bumper line up very close, if not exactly, where the R53 bumper bolts go. The whole bottom of the bumper will need a custom mount to fully attach onto Mini. This bumper is about as wide as the GPGarage R53 version that is on my car. I attached a few
