R55 Oil leak help?

Hey everyone,
I just pressed in a new front crankshaft seal (with the specialized press tool) on my 2010 Clubman (non-turbo) only to test fire the engine and see the drip, drip, drip oil leak continuing. The leak seems to be coming from the area where the belt tensioner bolts on but I can't seem to locate it. It's dripping pretty fast so it definitely has to be addressed. It's so tight in there that I can't see where it might be coming from! Again, it's on the passenger side of the non-turbo engine, somewhat to the left of the crankshaft pulley/dampener. Anyone have any luck with the green florescent oil? Any ideas on how to investigate this would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks,
Jay

R55 Oil leak solved!

After careful cleaning and better lighting, I found the leak at the rear of the motor. It was a loose timing chain tensioner bolt. This large threaded sleeve is a hydraulic spring that applies appropriate pressure to the timing chain and since it is screwed into the block, the potential exists for oil to seep past its metal washer. That's what was happening here; see video. Unfortunately, my local dealer misdiagnosed the leak as a worn valve cover gasket and charged me a couple hundred bucks to replace it...

Glad you found the source of the problem. I just replaced the timing chain tensioner in my 2013 Clubman. It fell apart into the three component pieces when I removed it.

The tensioner typically doesn't loosen. Do you know why that happened? Had it been replaced recently?

P.S. I can't see your video.
