LCI Headlight Retrofit Help

I'm trying to retrofit genuine LCI headlights in a pre-LCI car with full LED but when I plug the lights in I get a headlight error and no power to the light. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Half ring to full ring LED?
I believe you need a coding to fix that.
