2009 R55 - No AUX Signal/USB power

Hello everyone, I seem to have a common problem where my AUX input doesn't have any signal coming from it and my USB has no power. I replaced the AUX/USB outlet and disconnected the head unit and plugged it back in and nothing seems to work. I have the AUX option on my screen but no USB, even though I have both and when I plug in a bluetooth Y-cable no power seems to go to it. I also have connected a working aux cable into the outlet and cranked the volume on my phone's end only to get nothing out of the car's system. Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem? I'd love to pick my music besides CD's.
