This is a used Dinantronic Sport module. Installed on my 2019 F56 JCW and never removed. You can pull this and return to stock in a hot minute, though my local shop was mod-friendly and didn't care. You can read Dinan's claims about performance boost measurements on the dyno which I don't pay much attention to. But for me, it was demonstrable and fun in the car. Pulled and selling because lease is up!
I believe works with 2014 to current. Wiring shroud pulled away from one of the clip as you can see in photo but no wiring issue.
